The Visual Cognition Lab occupies a suite of rooms on the 5th floor of Corbett Family Hall. The Lab is a well-resourced research facility with state-of-the-art equipment and software. The lab includes separate rooms dedicated to behavioral data collection, the recording of eye movements, computing, and conferencing. Behavioral data from multiple participants can be collected simultaneously and the lab houses two eye tracking systems (an SR Research EyeLink 2K and EyeLink Portable Duo) that enable studies to be conducted both in the lab and "in the wild." Eye tracker programming and eye movement analysis can be done entirely in-house through a combination of custom-built and off-the-shelf software. The lab also has facilities for digital image manipulation to enable researchers to construct a wide variety of experimental stimuli.
